Privacy policy (GDPR)

Personal data from the calculator, emails and phone enquiries is processed by the operator of dopravce-brno.cz as controller; the operator’s details are on the contact page. We use the data only to handle your enquiry, carry out the transport and communicate with you. Please send any data protection questions to dispo@dopravce-brno.cz.

What data we process

Your name, company, phone number and email address from the calculator or your enquiry, plus transport details: collection and delivery points, warehouse contacts, quantities and dates.

  • preparing a quote and concluding and performing the transport contract – legal basis: performance of a contract and steps prior to it,
  • bookkeeping and issuing documents – legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation,
  • handling claims and protecting our rights – legal basis: legitimate interest.

Who receives the data

Only the contracted haulier performing the transport, to the extent needed for collection and delivery (address, contact person, time slot), and to public bodies when a legal obligation applies. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Price calculator

The calculator is linked to an enquiry system run by the same controller, which calculates, stores and emails the enquiry to our planning desk. No other controller receives the data in the process.

How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking for as long as needed to deal with them. Records of completed transports for the period required by accounting and tax law, usually 10 years.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies, so no cookie consent is requested. A cookie is set only when the site administrator logs in.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing. Write to dispo@dopravce-brno.cz. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
