What to include in an email enquiry

  • the collection address abroad and the delivery address in Moravia (town and postcode are enough),
  • the number of pallets, their size and the total weight,
  • the date the goods will be ready at the supplier,
  • the delivery time slot and whether you have a loading dock or need a tail lift or side unloading.
